• Please book and pay online via Square which is attached to our Website, Facebook, and Instagram page.
• individual booking slots will be in 30 minute or 1-hour slots. If you arrive Early, please wait until your allocated time to use the field, if you arrive late, please stick to your allocated time. 
• Ensure you arrive on time for your booked slot please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early and if you arrive and someone else is using the field, please park next to the garden on the right as you have driven in and remain there until they have left the parking space. 
• If you need to change or cancel your booking, please get in touch we will endeavour to fit you in at another time. 
• Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded but can be exchanged for a new slot. 
• Group bookings are allowed but please ensure it is correctly applied at the booking stage. 
• Banned breeds can only attend together if from the SAME household and a 1-2-1 owner to dog ratio always applies. 
• Field hire bookings allowed but please contact us directly in advance if this is a group session.

• Please wear suitable footwear for the weather conditions.
• As you arrive for your booked slot, please head up the drive to the right and reverse through the first wooden gate, please park in this space closing the wooden gate once parked and ensure your dog remains on the lead until in the field. This is our home, please do not wander around the parking area, secure space is only guaranteed in the dog field.
• If arriving on foot please use the small pedestrian gate into the sterile area.
• If the wooden gate is closed there may be someone in the field, please get out and check before letting your dog off the lead or parking in the space.
• Please leave large wooden gate open upon leaving to signal to others the field is not in use.
• The steel gate will not be locked, please lift the steel bar behind the lock and let yourself in and once the gate is closed the dog can be let go to run free.
• Please bring your own dog toys however feel free to use anything left behind in the shed, please leave these for other dogs to enjoy once you have finished.

• Let your dog enjoy the freedom to run and explore.
• Please always watch your dog and ensure they do not dig around fence lines, whilst they are secure, we do not want holes under the fence to the neighbouring property.
• Please collect dog poo straight away to avoid forgetting.
• Please respect the space, no bad language, smoking, littering, shouting, no vaping and no naked flames.
• Cruel animal sanctions or activity will be reported, we will not tolerate poor behaviour towards animals
• If during your visit you notice any damage to the secure area, please let us know immediately. 
• Any dog toys provided must be checked by the owner for suitability and used at their own discretion. Unleashed does not take any responsibility for the use of any dog toys

• These are complimentary, help yourself.
• Please help yourself to tea and coffee, please dispose of cups and tea bags in the bin provided.
• Please feel free to use the benches or chairs inside or outside the sheltered area to sit and enjoy the peace whilst your dog plays.

• Please collect your dog waste and take it with you as you leave ensuring that you dispose of it responsibly.
• If you forget bags we have some spare in the shed, please help yourself.

• At the end of the session please put any rubbish except dog waste in the bin provided.
• Your dog must be on a lead prior to opening the main field gate,
• Please ensure the shed door is closed before you leave.
• Once your dog is in the car the wooden gate should be left open for the next visitors.

• Please do not turn up without booking, if you have a last-minute request, please contact us directly and we will endeavour to fit you in if we can.
• Anyone who turns up without a booking will not be able to use the field and may be prevented from future bookings if this is repeated.
• Please dispose of all rubbish in the bin provided and dog waste must be taken with you and disposed of responsibly.
• Please give other dog owners space and respect when leaving the field, any issues with time slots please contact us immediately.
• Cruel or harmful practices will not be tolerated, and you may be banned from using our service should we deem this to be the case.
• UK Banned breeds must produce their insurance and registration document prior to booking via email to Unleashedruthin@gmail.com if you have any questions please do call us.
• CCTV- we do have CCTV which is recording, this is for your safety, your dogs and ours.
• If your dog is showing any signs of illness, please do not bring them, instead contact us and we will change the slot for you.

Banned breeds will not be permitted unless:

• The dog MUST be registered or specifically exempted from the applicable legislation and a copy of the exemption order or certificate MUST be provided to Unleashed via email prior to booking.
• A copy of the owner's public liability insurance certificate including the start and end date for the dog is obtained and MUST be provided to Unleashed via email prior to booking.
• The dog MUST be kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the exercise field.
• The dog MUST be put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the exercise field.
